- NC DHSR / DMH-DD-SUS service definitions — all services rendered in accordance with the NC Clinical Coverage Policies for behavioral health.
- Workforce credentialing — all clinicians, QPs, Peer Support Specialists, and paraprofessionals meet or exceed state credentialing requirements and complete ongoing training.
- Continuous quality improvement — regular chart audits, outcome measurement, client satisfaction surveys, and corrective action plans where needed.

To help individuals and families build stable, meaningful lives through evidence-based behavioral health care.
We serve adults, adolescents, and families across North Carolina who are navigating serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and the daily challenges that come with them. Our services are funded through NC Medicaid and delivered in partnership with the state's LME-MCO network.
As a small, community-rooted agency of around 20–30 staff serving 60–75 clients at any given time, we are deliberately sized to deliver the kind of relational, accountable care that larger systems often cannot.
