About this website

This website is operated by Empowering Minds Community Support Services, a behavioral health and peer support provider based in North Carolina. The site provides information about our services, employment opportunities, and how to contact us.

Not medical advice

The content on this site is for informational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, psychiatric, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

No provider-client relationship

Browsing this website, contacting us through a web form, or reading any content here does not by itself create a provider-client relationship between you and Empowering Minds. A provider-client relationship is established only after eligibility verification, a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, and authorization of services.
